A company formed to provide mixed martial arts events and opportunities for the country's young & upcoming Fighters Globally. Since MMA is the fastest growing sport worldwide, we are proud to have staged 19 documented UGB fight-organized events commencing in February 2013.  Capped with 28 TV episodes aired on Pinoy Xtreme Channel and VIVA Sports.

With the PRIMARY GOAL to help the young, poverty stricken but SKILLED MMA Fighters develop their craft so that they would be able to provide a BRIGHTER FUTURE. Our advocacy is "BEATING UP POVERTY“.
